We approached Acuity Associates to meet our accounting needs with some hesitation, as it had always been an in-house role previously. However, Acuity Associates were able to convince us of the benefits of contracting out our accounting function. Moreover, Acuity impressed us with their commitment to understand our business and to get the right person to meet our needs. They succeeded so well, in fact, that we have now taken on that person directly. Throughout the course of our relationship with Acuity, they have been helpful, flexible and switched on to our business. Whilst we had very little contact with them after the initial engagement, we were very satisfied with the set up and were not seeking their input.
