Ben Mekie – CEO & Founder

Ben Mekie is an accomplished and highly experienced board advisor and an active entrepreneur with a proven track record in founding and building successful businesses through to market sale, generating premium shareholder value.

Diane Higgins – Business Director

Diane is a Director at Acuity Associates, responsible for research, HR and strategy.

She was previously an experienced conference director with excellent research, programme writing, marketing, organisational, networking, sales and leadership skills. She has worked in many sectors but mainly in finance and procurement.

Chris Turberville-Tully – COO & CMO

Chris is an experienced marketing leader, having worked in mostly digital marketing, for 15+ years. Before that he had a successful career in the Royal Navy being involved in project management, information architecture and PR, as well as gaining an MSc in the process.

Since leaving the Royal Navy in 2008, Chris set-up and led his own digital marketing agency, which he successfully sold in 2015. He has advised and worked with businesses of all types and sizes from Dow Jones and FTSE 100s to start-ups. With wide cross-sector experience, Chris has deep knowledge in FinTech, Automotive, B2B, Property, Retail & Manufacturing.

Oliver Watson – Partner

Oliver joined Acuity Associates in September 2022 to help drive forward Acuity Associates’ growth.
With over 15 years experience in recruitment, 12 of which focused on the accountancy and finance market, Oliver has a proven record of working successfully with Owner Managed Businesses and SMEs of all sizes.

Jon Fisher – Partner

Jon has a strong financial services background. He spent the majority of his early career working within the corporate and private sectors before crossing the thin divide into the staffing industry and executive search.

Through his knowledge and experience in the marketplace he has built up an enviable reputation as a trusted financial search consultant, building long term relationships with clients and candidates alike.
There are many search consultants, but few who have combined the technical knowledge, trust, and experience that Jon brings to the hiring process.
