The Acuity Measure
The Acuity Measure is as assessment which tests the technical competencies of potential employees to ensure they have the right skills for the role. It can also be used to highlight strengths and weaknesses as well as determine how a potential new hire will fit in with your existing team.
Having been completed by more than 1,500 individuals, The Acuity Measure identifies top performing senior finance professionals in comparison to everyone who has done the test. We only put forward candidates who have achieved a top 25% score. This is how we know we’ve identified the highest quality talent for your business.
Financial Infrastructure Diagnostic Tool (FID)
A short assessment, the FID tool can help you understand where there are potential weaknesses in your current financial infrastructure. Crucially, it will also give you a sense of where you are against both your competitors and best in class businesses globally.
Once the assessment has been completed, you will receive a Financial Infrastructure Benchmarking Report which will highlight potential risks your business might face along with recommendations for how you can improve your financial infrastructure.
Financial Infrastructure Report Extract Tool (FIRE)
Dig deep into your existing financial structure and create an actionable roadmap for improvement with the FIRE tool. You will receive a diagnostic report which includes a breakdown of your existing financial structure and a roadmap for how to move your business from where it currently is, to where it should be.
